The Den is the resort’s Okanagan spin on a European brasserie, on the lower level of Town Hall. It opens early for a light breakfast, then turns to shareable plates and hearty mains for lunch, après and dinner, paired with BC wines and signature cocktails. Weekly specials make it a favourite with locals.
