Not every afternoon needs to be spent on the slopes. Elevate at SilverStar is the village day spa, and the fitness centre and sauna are downstairs in the same building, the National Altitude Training Centre. It was built for athletes training at altitude, and it’s a short walk from anywhere in the village.
What’s in the building
The directory sign at the door of the National Altitude Training Centre lists:
- Upper level: auditorium and climbing wall, team room and the day spa.
- Lower level: washrooms and change rooms, the fitness centre and sauna, a wax room, the Nordic office and a ski club meeting room.
