Tube Town is SilverStar’s snow tubing park, right beside Brewer’s Pond. You climb into a tube, push off down a groomed lane and hang on, then ride the conveyor lift back up and do it all again. It’s the activity grandparents and teenagers agree on.
What to know before you go
- Several tubing lanes with a conveyor lift, so there’s no hiking back up.
- Mini snowmobile track for kids, a big hit with the under-10 crowd.
- Tickets are sold at the tubing and skating ticket cabin by the park, or online.
- Included with My1 alpine tickets: the resort’s day and afternoon alpine tickets include tubing. The free tot ticket doesn’t.
- Waiver: the resort asks tubers to sign a waiver, so allow a few minutes the first time.

Quick answers
What is Tube Town at SilverStar?
Tube Town is the resort’s snow tubing park, a short walk from the centre of the village beside Brewer’s Pond. It has several tubing lanes, a conveyor lift that carries you and your tube back up, and a mini snowmobile track for kids.
Do you have to walk up the tubing hill?
No. A conveyor lift carries tubers back to the top, so you spend your time sliding instead of climbing.
Is tubing included in a lift ticket?
The resort’s My1 day and afternoon alpine tickets include tubing. The free tot ticket for kids 5 and under does not. Check the resort’s ticket page for this season’s details.
Where do you buy tubing tickets?
At the tubing and skating ticket cabin by Tube Town, or online through the resort.
